Ember & Oak began as a single wood-fired oven on a clifftop terrace. Today it remains exactly that - intimate, honest, and unhurried. Every dish carries the smoke of oak, the salt of the sea, and the warmth of the people who made it.

Perched above the cove, our terrace catches the afternoon light until it fades to dusk. We seat thirty guests - no more. The view is yours to keep.
THE FIRE
Our kitchen is built around a single wood-burning oven fed daily with seasoned oak. It sets the temperature, the timing, and the flavour of everything we cook.
THE INGREDIENTS
Our menu changes with what the fishermen and farmers bring us. If it isn't exceptional today, it isn't on the menu today.
THE ATMOSPHERE
Open daily from noon until the last table finishes.
